TREATMENT BOOKING

• Reading and accepting terms and conditions of B. Studio is required to book an appointment.

• A booking fee (50% of treatment price) for each procedure will be required to secure an appointment. Treatments required prepayment:
  • new set of eyelash extensions
  • lash lifting
  • brow lamination

• Booking fee might be send via TWINT app using phone number +41786696367 or via bank transfer to:

The title of the transfer must include name, surname and date of the treatment.

• Appointment is secured only after making a prepayment.

• Refunds will only be given if 24 hours cancellation notice is provided.

• Appointments not attended (wasted) or cancelled with less than the required notice will result in the loss of any deposit paid.

• In the event I am unable to perform a treatment due to late arrival (maximum 15min), I reserve the right to charge a 50chf wasted appointment fee.

• I retain the right to refuse service/further services to those who refuse to pay any wasted appointment or cancellation fees.

• Please note that cancelled appointments will only be recognised with written confirmation via email at info@bstudio-official.com or by calling/sending a text message on +41786696367. Messages sent via social media sites including Facebook or Instagram are not considered appropriate ways of cancelling appointments as they are not always checked regularly.

• Payments at B. Studio may be made by cash, card or TWINT on the day of the appointment.

• I do not refill eyelash extensions done by another studio. If you are a new customer you are always required to book a new set of eyelash extensions. If you already have eyelash extensions please inform me about it as more time might be needed to remove it and do a new set of extensions.

• Eyelash removal price is 20chf.

• Please do not bring children to any of your appointments. The studio is not a safe environment for children. Please arrange adequate child care before committing to an appointment as last minute cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 50chf.

• I am unable to perform any enhancements on minors.  The minimum age for a treatment is 18.

• I am committed to providing only the highest quality treatment and therefore only the client (you) and technician (me) will be permitted to be in the treatment room during the procedure.  Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointments without prior permission.
